Seriously. I need to stop dicking around with these same 5 pounds.
The problem is, of course, that when we sail, I eat like a teenage boy: hot dogs! brats! pizza! cupcakes! And the worst of all: beer. The beer makes me not care about the rest of them. Until Tuesday morning, when I am full of remorse and regret.
Well, sailing season is over and I'm planning to go to Greece in a matter of weeks. Let's get serious about this now.
