End of Week Three----Weigh In Day

Last week's weight: 266.6
This week's weight: 263.4
Difference: -3.2
Total weight loss: -14.4

Okay. I'm not gonna lie. I was a little disappointed not to make it to 15 this week. SO close. However, when I was putting my new weight into the WeightWatchers online tools, the site informed me that I had reached my first goal: 5% of total body weight or 14 pounds. There were big stars and rejoicing and it reminded me to be thankful for every pound lost. Not just those in multiples of five.
