Week 16 Weigh In

Last week's weight: 248.6
This week's weight: 250.2
Difference: +1.6
Total weight loss: -27.6

Two steps forward, one step back.

Frustrating.

The fact is that I drank too much this weekend. Which lead to some questionable eating decisions: including things like fried mac & cheese, pizza and mini corn dogs.

Also the chocolate chip cookies that I occasionally enjoy at Specialtys? Not the six points that I gave them...ELEVEN points. E. LEV. EN. That's a lot.

So, new week. Fresh start. Don't throw out the china because you chipped a teacup.
