Weirdly, I sort of look forward to weigh-in day. It's a checkmark of achievement. Plus, I get the 35 weekly free points re-loaded.
I'm not thrilled about losing only 1.8 pounds.
It's clearly the end of the honeymoon period of rapid weight loss. We've moved into the "recommended healthy weight loss" area. But c'mon. 6 pounds in a week is WAY more fun than 1.8 pounds.
Will re-evaluate and see what needs to be done to get my numbers back to where they should be.
