Today is National Pancake Day. (Actually it's National Pancake Week and NPD is September 26 according to this website, but whatev.)
IHOP is giving away short stacks of buttery goodness.
Quite frankly, I think it should be a national paid time-off holiday, where everyone stays home and makes pancakes for their loved ones and watches old movies in their jammies.
But that's just me. Celebrate how you will!
