A few weekend notes:
1. I think pancakes might be the most perfect food.
2. Sushi is a great, low low points option for dinner. Ten pieces and a roll = 10 points. Yum!
3. I overcame a food panic attack last night by sleeping it off. I literally opened and closed my freezer, fridge and pantry doors no less than 15 times each. I'm not sure if I thought some magical, low point, satisfying food was going to appear somehow. (It didn't.)
4. Love parties with healthy snack options.
