High Level Challenges

Crazy week of dining!

Today I'm meeting a good friend for lunch at Kendall College, where she is a teacher. Kendall has a culinary arts school, so we're having lunch there.

This is the special Valentine's Day pre-fixe menu for lunch:

Friday, February 12

First Course
Rosemary Tagliatelle, Grilled Artichokes for Two

Second Course
Roasted Rack of Lamb, Bordelaise, Celery Root Puree for Two

Third Course
Warm “Sticky Date” Pudding, Buttered Toffee Sauce for Two

Includes one glass of Champagne per person.



This sounds like it might not suck. At all.
